Whether you’re navigating a difficult transition, struggling in your relationships, or seeking to heal from past traumas, I’m here to support you. I offer a compassionate, collaborative space to explore your emotions, uncover patterns, and discover new possibilities for growth. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and groups, using psychodynamic, attachment-based, somatic, client-centered, and emotionally focused therapy.

My approach is holistic, integrating mind and body to deepen awareness and facilitate meaningful change. My specialties include:

  • Anxiety
  • Coping skills
  • Depression
  • Grief and loss
  • Life transitions
  • Relationship challenges
  • Self-esteem
  • Substance use
  • Trauma recovery

With a background in yoga and mindfulness, nonviolent communication, and the creative arts I bring a deep reverence and respect for each client’s unique story. I aim to help you reconnect with your authentic Self and navigate life’s complexities with greater ease.

Taking the first step toward therapy is a powerful act of self-care. I look forward to working with you to create the healing and change you deserve.
