What draws me to this work is the privilege of sitting alongside others as they navigate challenging emotions. My own experience as a client illuminated the healing potential of being witnessed within the context of therapy, ultimately inspiring me to become a therapist myself. My approach is person-centered at its core—I believe each person holds the innate capacity for growth, and my role is to provide a space where that potential can be safely explored.
In our work together, I’ll draw from Person-Centered (Rogerian) therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Approaches, and from principles of attachment theory and Internal Family Systems. I have recently trained in somatic attachment, deepening my ability to support clients in reconnecting with their bodies as part of emotional healing and overall well-being. Our work together will explore the different parts of you, how they show up in body and mind, how they connect to your life and your goals, and how to form healing relationships with them.
I strive to meet each person exactly where they are, cultivating a felt sense of safety and trust as the foundation for healing. Through empathy, presence, and attunement, I offer a space where you’re not alone—where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move toward your next steps with intention.
I have years of experience supporting adults, adolescents, and children in community mental health settings, including hospitals, schools, and outpatient clinics. I’ve had the privilege of working with people across different life stages and navigating a wide range of challenges, including:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Recovery from traumatic experiences
- Life transitions
- Grief and loss
