I’m passionate about helping individuals and families find clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters most. I offer a grounded, creative space to process what’s hard and grow into what’s possible, whether you’re navigating anxiety, life changes, or relationship challenges.
I work with teens (16+), adults, and parents who want to deepen self-awareness, improve communication, and feel more grounded in who they are. You may be carrying anxiety, navigating cultural or family expectations, struggling with burnout, or wrestling with self-perception-especially when it feels like you’re supposed to have it all together.
My approach is collaborative and supportive: I’m here to help you explore, understand, and shift—at your pace. Together, we work to create insight and movement-gently, thoughtfully, and with some humor along the way.
My style is collaborative and active—I honor process, and I also believe in building tools, taking action, and celebrating small shifts. I integrate a variety of approaches including narrative, solution-focused, experiential, and mindfulness-based practices, always through a trauma-informed, relational, and culturally sensitive lens.
I especially enjoy supporting those who are:
- Working through anxiety, depression, or feeling like they’re “not enough” even when they’re doing everything they can
- Looking to strengthen communication and rebuild trust after relational hurt, boundary challenges, or infidelity
- Navigating major transitions—like school, career changes, parenthood, or identity shifts—with high expectations and little breathing room
- Managing intergenerational and cross-cultural stress related to immigration, family roles, and inherited pressure
Before becoming a therapist, I supported families in their journey toward parenthood and family development, worked in both corporate settings and family-oriented businesses, and went through my own journey of self-discovery that took internal work. These experiences gave me deep insight into how life at work, at home, and within ourselves can feel beautifully full—and at times, impossibly complex.
From navigating toxic workplace dynamics to managing layered cultural identities to embracing life transitions, I bring compassion, curiosity, and respect into every session. I’d be honored to support you in building insight, finding relief, and developing tools to move through life’s challenges with more clarity and intention.
