Therapy is as unique as you are. Together, we will explore what your most authentic process looks like.
I bring an anti-oppressive and non-judgmental mindset to therapy, with a focus on building trust and warmth. Your needs, interests, and rhythm will guide our sessions. We will uplift your autonomy in the discovery of your strengths, challenges, and honest perspectives, all in the interest of nourishing an empowered self.
My approach draws from frameworks that are creative, de-pathologizing, and systems-based, such as: narrative therapy, internal family systems, disability justice, neurodiversity studies, attachment-based relational therapy, and expressive arts methods. Together, we will affirm how context, power, and privilege shape our lives, with the goal of healing through collective care and self-love.
I have worked with children, teens, young adults, and older adults, in individual, group, and family therapy contexts. I’ve supported people managing depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, oppressive systems, internalized stigma (size-based, neurodivergent, patriarchal, racial), low self-esteem, focus and attention challenges, and post-traumatic stress.
I recognize the vulnerability it takes to be involved in therapy. Connecting with yourself takes courage. I’m so glad you’re here.
