“Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and go do that, because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” – Howard Thurman

My work is informed by over 25 years of clinical practice. My passion lies in helping my clients become their most authentic selves, both in relationship with themselves and with others. Our work can help you stop listening to negative internal voices from the past, which then makes it easier to let go of anxiety and depression provoking thoughts and move forward with confidence and self-reliance. I see my role as providing both the tools and the safe space you need to explore how to move forward authentically, to find your joy and your place in the world.
