Rosa Colin, LCSW

Do you ever feel like you’re carrying too much on your own? Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, grief, or big life changes and you’re tired of trying to “just push through.” You deserve a space where you can set down the weight, be heard, and begin to heal at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, build new skills, and reconnect you with your sense of agency and hope.

I’m a first-generation Latina therapist dedicated to helping individuals build emotional resilience, reclaim their narratives, and heal from trauma in a way that feels safe and empowering. Growing up in a family impacted by trauma shaped my commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care. I especially enjoy supporting BIPOC and first-generation individuals who may have felt unseen or underserved by traditional mental health systems.

My style is collaborative and warm. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic healing, and motivational interviewing, I tailor each session to your needs. Together we can explore your story, build practical skills, and move toward deeper emotional processing at a pace that feels right for you.

I have supported people navigating a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Grief and loss
  • Life transitions and identity exploration
  • Emotional dysregulation
  • Low self-esteem

You can expect a culturally responsive, trauma-informed space, collaborative goal setting, and skills for regulating emotions and managing stress. I offer therapy in English and Spanish, integrating practical tools and holistic healing to help you reconnect with your values and strengths.

If you’re ready to feel more grounded, empowered, and supported, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s begin your healing journey together.
