No matter what you are currently going through, you do not have to face it all alone. Our society often discourages us from seeking support, but the truth is we are social beings who have always relied on one another. It is my highest joy and honor to support my clients.
Whether you’re grieving, struggling with relationships, or just feeling stuck, I am here for you. Maybe you are wanting to improve your relationship with yourself or others. Or maybe you are looking to regain a part of yourself you have lost touch with. Regardless of your focus, therapy can be a transformative space that can heal and uplift us.
I welcome all forms of diversity. All your different parts are welcome, come as you are.
I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish. As someone who grew up in both Guatemala and the United States, I hold a bicultural lens. I bring a deep curiosity, humor, and compassion into my clinical work. I believe in honoring everyone’s stories, strengths, and wisdom. My orientation is highly collaborative, recognizing that each person is their own expert.
Some of my areas of focus include:
- Anxiety
- Grief & Loss
- Trauma
- Multi-Cultural Issues
- Adjustment & Life
- Transition Issues
- Interpersonal Conflict
- Alienation & Isolation
- Depression
Exploring therapy is a powerful act of self-love. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting your journey towards healing and growth.
