There are times in life when suffering feels inevitable. You may feel stuck, uncertain about which direction to take, grieving a loss or breakup, or struggling with conflict in your relationships. Perhaps you’re feeling anxious about the future, overwhelmed by sadness, or grappling with big existential questions about meaning and purpose. These feelings can be deeply isolating.
Much of our pain is part of the shared human experience—unwanted changes, unmet expectations, and the tendency to take things personally that are beyond our control. While some suffering is unavoidable, we don’t have to face it alone. By turning inward with support, it is possible to move through life with more compassion, clarity, and ease.
Therapy offers a collaborative space to heal from emotional pain, navigate relationship challenges, and face life’s hardships. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings, work toward integration, and rediscover a sense of peace, joy, and fulfillment. Therapy can help illuminate the path forward by making room for self-understanding and growth.
My approach to therapy is warm, authentic, and infused with humor and compassion. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities—including humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches—tailored to your unique needs. At the heart of our work is the therapeutic relationship itself, which I believe is central to the healing process.
I was inspired to become a therapist through my own experience of healing in therapy, and I’m continually honored to support others on their journeys. Some of the areas I work with include:
- Trauma
- Grief and loss
- Depression
- Anxiety
- ADHD
- Addictions and compulsive behaviors
- Burnout
- Overwhelm
Finding the right therapist is an important and personal process. If you feel we might be a good fit, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges.
