Alicia Viviani, LMFT

MA in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, Pepperdine University & licensed in the state of California (#1417732)

I have wanted to be a therapist for as long as I can remember. Human behavior has always fascinated me, but more than just understanding the ‘why’ of behavior, I have always believed in the ability for people to change and to grow, and as a therapist, I am honored to be able to help facilitate that process. I believe that by providing a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their emotions, experiences, and challenges, I can help empower them to make positive changes in their lives.  As a therapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families embrace change in order to navigate life’s challenges, build stronger, healthier relationships and reach their full potential.

My style is compassionate, strengths-based, and action-oriented. I focus on helping you identify patterns and gain clarity on your specific issues, while providing you with the necessary tools and coping skills, in order to make necessary changes and foster deeper connections with yourself and others. Whether you are facing a specific issue or seeking greater self-awareness, I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and fulfillment. With five years of experience in the field, I specialize in a number of different areas which include:

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward a more fulfilling life.  I use a flexible, integrated approach, drawing from multiple therapeutic techniques and theories in order to tailor treatment plans that address your unique needs. I have also worked in a number of different settings including in-home, clinics, community outreach, and schools.

I believe in the power of empathy, connection, and personal growth, which is the foundation of my work as a therapist. If you are ready to take the first step toward positive change, I’d be honored to work with you. Click below to get in touch and let’s embark on this journey together.
