Open Position:
Part-Time Associate Outpatient Clinician
(Hybrid online and in person in our Berkeley or San Rafael, CA locations)
About Us
We are a group of motivated clinicians who leverage technology to serve adolescents, adults, and their families who struggle with mental health challenges and/or substance abuse disorder (SUD). We offer telehealth, in-person, and hybrid services. We are team-oriented and value a positive, supportive, and creative workplace environment to complement the meaningful and challenging work we do. If you are an innovative mental health professional looking to both serve a diverse population and contribute to the emerging digital mental health space, Family Spring is the place for you!
About You
We are seeking applications from motivated clinicians who will provide direct therapy to children, teens, and/or adults. Most of our referrals are for adults struggling with mild to moderate mental health challenges (anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, etc.) and are referred by our insurance partners. The ideal clinician will bring their unique history, skills, and approach to the work and be committed to ongoing learning and improvement. We welcome applicants with personal histories of struggle (SUD and/or mental health symptoms) that have influenced their transformation and work as a professional. Alongside having relevant expertise and a curiosity to grow as a clinician, the preferred candidate will be technology friendly and have several opportunities for growth within the company. The candidate will start as a part-time outpatient therapist, with the possibility of moving into a full-time role.
