Is your world feeling overwhelming or out of control? Have you been running on fumes, or noticed that your go-to coping mechanisms aren’t really working anymore? If the current state of the world or your own personal landscape has you feeling less like yourself, I am here to help. Whether you’re looking to untangle relationship dynamics or ditch habits that just aren’t serving you, you don’t have to navigate it solo. My mission? To create a space where you’re truly seen and met exactly where you are. I bring a calm, steady presence to our sessions, and sometimes mix in a little humor to help lighten the load when things get heavy.
We’ll focus on highlighting your existing strengths, identifying your core values, and making practical, meaningful changes right now that your future self will thank you for. I’m a fan of goal setting (and yes, the occasional bit of “homework”) because I believe in steady progress.
My approach is collaborative and flexible, and I love tailoring our work together to fit your specific needs by drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including:
- Art & Expressive Arts Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Narrative Therapy
- Motivational Interviewing
- Interpersonal Therapy
- Solution-Focused Interventions
- Strength Based / Person Centered
- Behavioral Activation & Self-Care Practices
- Gottman Method -Supporting couples
With over 20 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my professional and personal life to supporting many populations including educators, medical providers, underserved communities, at-risk youth, young adults, and individuals in crisis.
