As an experienced clinical supervisor, I am committed to fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment for supervisees while ensuring high-quality, ethical care for all clients. I bring a mature perspective; with over 20 years of experience in clinical work in a variety of settings as well as seasoned life experience to my supervision work, coupled with a dedication to continuous learning.
With a background in community mental health including outpatient and school based individual and group therapy, as well as substance abuse treatment and LGBT+ affirming care, I have been fortunate to be able to incorporate my passion for clinical supervision into trauma-informed, strength-based supervision for a diverse group of emerging and established professionals.
My supervisory approach emphasizes reflective practice, professional development, and evidence-based clinical skills. I am dedicated to creating inclusive, supportive learning environments where clinicians can build confidence and clinical competence while centering client well-being and equity in care.
