Haley Delzer, LMFT

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (# 142801) in the State of California

We all experience emotions such as anger, anxiety, or sadness that can feel overwhelming, especially in these uncertain times. Perhaps you feel hopeless or alone and don’t know how to stop feeling this way. Seeking out therapy for yourself is the first step in the healing process, and I am here to help guide you along the way and want you to know that you are not alone.

I strive to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can feel safe and supported, while processing your life experiences at a pace that feels right for you.

I have worked in a variety of settings including non-profit organizations and in the community. I have worked with many different populations, including homeless adults, adolescents, and individuals experiencing marginalization with severe and persistent mental illness.

In our work together I will be adaptive toward my approach in order to best fit your needs, since no two individuals are the same. Some approaches I utilize include cognitive behavioral therapies, mindfulness, and other evidence based-approaches which can allow you to better understand your emotions and their impact, as well as being able to understand the dynamics of your relationships. Achieving these insights will facilitate confidence in being equipped to handle life’s stressors.

I work with individuals looking for support with:

  • Depression (including suicidal ideation and self-harm)
  • Psychotic and related issues
  • Anxiety
  • Low self-esteem
  • Stress
  • Grief/Loss
  • Inattention
  • Life transitions
  • Relationship issues
  • Trauma
