Are you considering getting support for yourself or a family member? Life can be unpredictable and stressful especially during these uncertain times. I am here to support you through life’s many challenges including anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, and cross-cultural issues. As a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 7 years of clinical practice, I have worked with adults, adolescents, and families in various practice settings, including schools, the juvenile system, and non-profit organizations.
I have provided psychotherapy to teenagers, adults, families, and groups by using different therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, family therapy, mindfulness-based therapy and solution focused therapy tailored to individual needs. My passion stems from growing up as a first generation Mexican American and seeing the effect for change that each person has in the family system. I have worked in underserved communities for the last 10 years and seen the role perseverance can have on an individual. My goal is to work collaboratively with you as we explore long term solutions that bring families together and relieve emotional pain.

- Adjustment issues/Life transitions
- Anger Management
- Anxiety
- Depression (self-harming and suicidal ideation)
- Behavioral Problems
