As Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my goal is to create a safe space for my clients to express their needs and feelings. I am trained in fertility counseling and provide support groups for individuals with infertility and Navigating the world of IVF. For the past five years, I have been working with clients who have experienced trauma, neglect, depression and anxiety.
I Truly enjoy working with diverse clients. I have personal experience and professional experience with IVF world and Trauma endured families.

I tailor each treatment for each client after completing thorough assessment, and building rapport. I keep an open-mind and stay curious in order to create an appropriate therapeutic plan for each client. This journey is build on trust, respect and healthy communication. As an Asian Indian, I am mindful of the cultural aspects when it comes to the therapy. I integrate various modalities and techniques into my work which allows me to modify each session. These include (but are not limited to) the following modalities:
- Trauma Informed therapy
- Multicultural therapy
- Client Centered therapy
- Strength based therapy
- Narrative therapy
In the first session, I prioritize understanding client’s needs, goals and story! My goal as a therapist is to create safe space to express needs, feelings and thoughts without any judgement.
